The electrical stimulation can go no deeper than your skeletal muscles, ensuring that you get a great workout, without ever reaching your cardiac muscle or organs.
Our classes are low volume (max 2 people per class) and low impact (easy on the joints).

Combined with a healthy lifestyle and depending on how many EMS classes you take per week; results can be felt after just 4 weeks and be visibly noticeable after only 6-12 weeks. Over a 6-week period, scientific studies have shown a 4% reduction in body fat and a 30% increase in strength is possible. And 89% of the participants felt stronger and fitter.
This all depends on a few factors. If you are not doing any other form of exercise and have some way to go before achieving your ideal fitness and body goals, then you should do 2-3 EMS classes per week. But if you are already in fairly good shape and also do some other form of other exercise then 1 EMS Class per week is enough.
EMS Elite Fit offers packages to individuals 16 years and older. You are never too old for EMS training as all our workouts are customised and tailor-made specifically for each of our clients. Our EMS classes accommodate all fitness levels, body sizes and wellness goals.
You will need to wear legging and long sleeves in cotton. If you don't have, don't worry we can provide for free. We highly recommend to have your own for hygienic purpose.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
You may also bring your towel and water recipient.
Absolutely! EMS works well with other forms of cardio if you have time, especially if you need to reach certain fitness or body goals within a specific timeframe. If you value your time, it is also possible to only use EMS training as you are able to take up to 3 classes per week and this will give you fantastic results combined with a healthy lifestyle.
Yes, EMS Elite Fit offers home training sessions for those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home.
Training sessions typically last between 25 minutes with 5 minutes of setup. So total duration : 30 minutes.
As our EMS sessions have an expiration date, all payments for EMS sessions and packages are non-refundable. If you cannot commit, we recommend to take smaller package or use the program per session.
